PAMAPOL PRIVACY POLICY Effective from: May 2018

GENERAL PROVISIONS

PAMAPOL SA based in Rusiec informs that it fully respects the right to privacy and protection of personal data of persons using the Sorella websites.

The company has made every effort to meet the requirements for the protection of personal data. We treat this data in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (general Data Protection Regulation).

The policy applies to all our websites, services, mobile applications and our accounts presented on social networks and defines the method of using and processing your personal data. We also present information about cookies and other tools we use.

 

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Data Controller of your personal data is Pamapol S.A. based in Rusiec. Depending on how you interact with Pamapol (via the Internet – online, offline, by phone, etc.), we collect various types of information listed below.

Dear user. When you use our services on the Internet, we collect in particular: IP addresses, URL addresses, information about your behaviour on the Websites. Your personal data is processed in order to use the full functionality of our Websites, provide you with electronical services, for analytical purposes, to improve the quality of the Websites, for development purposes, to handle your message in the contact form.

If you contact us via the contact forms available on the Websites, depending on the type of form, we also collect your: name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number.

If you contact us via social networks, we also collect information such as photos, documents you share via social media.

We collect your personal data through accepted cookies, using the analytical tool Google Analytics.

 

RIGHTS RELATING TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to access your personal data being processed and to receive a copy of the data we process.

You have the right to request that your data processed on the Websites be corrected or supplemented, as well as to limit their processing or delete them.

You have the right to object to the use of data for the purposes of establishing, investigating or defending against claims.

You have the right to request the transfer of data that we process, i.e. you can receive it in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format and

you have the right to send this data to another Data Controller. If it is technically possible, you have the right to request that personal data be sent by us directly to another Data Controller.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions on the protection of personal data.

 

COOKIES

Cookie files are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on your end device and are intended for using the Websites. Cookies contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.

We use cookies to:

  1. a) adapt the content of our websites to your preferences and optimize the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize your device, display the website, taking into account your individual needs;
  2. b) create statistics that make it possible to improve the structure and content of our websites.

Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the end device until you leave the website or turn off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted.

In Internet Explorer: select “Tools / Internet Options” from the main menu, then select “Advanced” in the “Privacy” section and disable cookies.

In Mozilla Firefox: select “Tools” from the menu, then “Options” and specify the privacy level in the “Privacy” section.

In the Opera browser: select the “Tools” item from the menu, then “Advanced” from the “Preferences” item, and then “Cookies”.

In the Google Chrome browser: from the menu on the right, select “Options”, then “For advanced” and “Cookie settings”.

In Safari: in the Settings menu, select the “Safari” item, and then in the Privacy and Protection section, select “Block cookies”.

These are examples of browser types. In most browsers, this type of cookie information can be found under the “Tools” or “Options” menu.

Remember that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on our websites.

 

OTHER ANALYTICAL TOOLS

Google Analytics

We also use the Google Analytics tool on the Websites. It is used to study the behaviour of website users. This tool collects data about cookies. It is used for statistical purposes to check how often individual websites and their tabs are visited. We also use this data to optimize and develop the Websites.
