Bigos with oyster mushrooms is a tasty alternative to a bigos with meat, it has the same aromas as the traditional dish. Mushrooms contain a lot of protein and all B and C vitamins. Just heat it up and eat.

Boiled sauerkraut 26%, white cabbage 26%, water, oyster mushrooms 13%, green lentils 4%, onion, rapeseed oil, spices, tomato paste, red wine vinegar, sugar, prune, dried apple, salt, dried mushrooms (penny bun, bay bolete, sticky bun), spice extracts.
